Regular Season: May 1st through July 31st and September 1st through December 9th
High Season: December 10th through April 30th and August 1st through August 31st

Rates do not include 11.41% Hawaii State Tax or $750 security/damage refundable deposit. Rates and tax are subject to change. Guest will be responsible for Resort Fees and parking. Rates shown are in US Dollars.

In order to secure your reservation, we would need to receive a "Booking Deposit" of $750.  If your stay will be 3 weeks or more, 25% of the room expense would be required for booking.  The balance of the room rate, plus tax, and a $750 security/damage deposit is due 150 days prior to check-in (3 weeks stay or longer, 180 days).  Personal checks, Cashier's checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards accepted.

Cleaning: We provide check in and check out cleaning. Daily cleaning can be arranged at additional expense.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive any refund (including initial booking deposit) you must cancel your reservation, in writing, 150 days prior to your check-in date (3 weeks stay or longer, 180 days).

Minimum Stay Policy

Normally there is a minimum of 7 nights stay. Call for shorter stays.  Longer minimum stay requirements may be imposed for holiday season periods.
